Those composite cross-arm insulators are used for urban net rebuliding and can effectively solve the shortage of corridor in urban power line,reduce the pole height,economize lots of financial and material resources.Because of the high strength,it can avoid the concatenate breakage accident of porcelain cross-arm effectively.It has fine performance of anti-pollution and more superior to the porcelain cross-arm.
1.1 End fittings are crimped onto fiberglass rod with voice-operated displacement type crimper
1.2The connection location between end fittings & rods is fused with sheds housing by the overall high temperature vulcanized silicone rubber injection molding as it could minimize the interface.

4.TID polymer Insulator Character：
4.1 We adopt the advanced injection producing technology for housing and the design of the shed adopt unique aerodynamics principle.
4.2 We use HTV silicone rubber which hydrophobicity can reach to HC1 level and thickness of the housing is more than 3mm
4.3 We use ECR rod as the core which is high acid resistant.
4.4 We use hot dip Galvanizing steel fitting ,the thickness of the zinc more than 86μm.
4.5 We adopt the advance fitting crimping producing technology .
4.6 We adopt the unique notch design of the sealing of metal fitting, all the notch thickness keep the same which avoid the sharp end discharge.
4.7 We use HTV instead of the RTV seal the interface between the fitting and rod.
